A fantastic Encore training website has been created by LCPS AT staff. The website features hundreds of short video clips that outline basic to advanced concepts in successfully manipulating the Encore application. Additionally, the site provides training manuals, resource & quick start guides, answers for frequently asked questions, and much more! The website is accessible only to LCPS staff. In order to view the website, staff must login to the Content Management System (CMS).
STEP 1: Click on the Sign-In link at the top of the page (see image below).
Step 2: Enter you Groupwise Username and password (see image below). If you have difficulty, click the “Forgot Sign In Information?” button for assistance.
STEP 3: Once you have successfully Signed in, navigate to the Encore support website by clicking the Special Education link (left hand side of the LCPS homepage). Then click on the Office of Special Education tab (also on left hand side of screen). Click the link titled ”Special Education IEP Software (ENCORE!)”. You should now have access to the Encore support website (see reference image below). NOTE: This is only the support website. Access to the Encore application is available on the support website by clicking on the “Access ENCORE” link on the left hand side of the page (bottom link). You will be prompted to enter the assigned Encore Application login information in order to use the system.
